With over 35 years of experience, Gino has lead and designed many modern pharmaceutical facilities including solid dosage, liquids, high potent with level three and four containment, solvent process, vaccine manufacturing, filling and packaging, medicinal cannabis production, and all types of laboratories. Gino is an award-winning designer, achieving such accolades as Global Facility of the Year by ISPE International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering as well as the Best of the Best Award by the Toronto Construction Association.
Rodrigo Sanchez – Vice President
P.Eng., BDS
Rod is a Structural Engineer who has worked on pharmaceutical facilities for 20 years. One of his strongest fortes is practical approach to design and understanding the complex and varied requirements of the life cycle of a pharmaceutical facility. His varied experience in all areas of structural engineering and contract administration has been developed through his direct involvement as a Designer and Project Engineer on a wide range of projects.
Roy Basso – Partner
B. Arch. Sci., M. Arch., LEED AP, OAA Roy is an architect with over twelve years of experience. Started with WBA in the spring of 2007, he has worked with the senior partner team on the design of several Pharmaceutical Plant, Formulation Laboratory and Research and Development facilities in Southern Ontario and Southern United States. One of Roy’s strongest fortes is alterations and additions to existing pharmaceutical facilities.
